By accessing or using any part of the phksy platform — including phksy.net, the phksy mobile web interface, the phksy Casino, Slot, Bingo, Star Fishing, and Wallet services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of phksy, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing phksy services through any device or network. Your continued use of phksy following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

phksy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the phksy platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Use of the phksy platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of phksy services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phksy. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and strictly enforced by phksy. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds returned to the extent permitted by law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phksy complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use phksy.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phksy or by any gaming regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered phksy account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

To access the full range of phksy services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phksy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phksy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify phksy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phksy will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your phksy account to any other person.
• phksy reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license.
• Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of the verification process.

phksy reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on phksy are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phksy supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phksy Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phksy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the phksy Wallet interface and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phksy reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phksy account holder. Processing times vary by payment method:

• GCash and Maya: typically 3–15 minutes after approval
• Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, etc.): typically 15–60 minutes during banking hours
• Debit card: processing times vary by issuing bank

Prohibited Funding Sources: phksy strictly prohibits the use of cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card gambling deposits are also prohibited in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund a phksy account using prohibited methods will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

phksy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and daily login rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all phksy bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phksy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• phksy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

phksy's determination of whether a player has violated bonus terms is final and binding. Players who disagree with a bonus-related decision may submit a formal dispute through phksy's support channels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phksy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one phksy account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of phksy
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phksy games or systems
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any phksy game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in phksy games or systems; any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phksy platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phksy software or systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phksy staff, dealers, or other players
• Using the phksy platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming

phksy employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement agencies, PAGCOR, and the AMLC. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from phksy and may face civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

All content on the phksy platform — including but not limited to the phksy brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phksy or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phksy platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phksy content without prior written consent
• Use the phksy name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Create derivative works based on phksy content or software
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phksy platform

Any unauthorised use of phksy intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phksy, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phksy platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, network interruptions, or system errors
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Interruption or unavailability of the phksy platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on phksy.net

phksy's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits phksy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The phksy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phksy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

phksy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player, accessible at any time through your phksy account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play per session
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from phksy for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming without full self-exclusion

phksy strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age. We do not market to minors and do not permit minors to access any phksy gaming service.

phksy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward phksy staff or other players
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

Upon account closure, phksy will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and compliance review. phksy is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a player's breach of these terms or suspected illegal activity.

Players may voluntarily close their phksy account at any time by contacting phksy customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

phksy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how phksy handles your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering a phksy account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

phksy will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide phksy services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the phksy platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact phksy customer support to attempt an informal resolution. phksy is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Complaints may be submitted via live chat or by email to the address listed in Section 14 below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

phksy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phksy will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on phksy.net. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the phksy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using phksy and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
