No. phksy strictly allows only one account per player. Creating multiple accounts (also called duplicate accounts) is a violation of phksy's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact phksy support — do not create a new account.

On the phksy login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address registered to your account. phksy will send you a password reset link. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your phksy account instantly or within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to a few hours depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact phksy support with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate promptly.

phksy does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees or service charges. phksy recommends checking your e-wallet or bank's fee schedule before making a deposit. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside phksy's control.
Withdrawals

To withdraw from phksy, log in to your account and go to the Wallet section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before phksy can process any withdrawal. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
